Q: Do you only build custom homes?
A: No, we've built several shops and barns as well as many home additions and remodels.
Q: How long does it take to build a custom home?
A: That answer has many factors such as size of the home, weather, and changes to the plan and finishes. Typically, a full custom home will be around 4 to 8 months, but larger homes may take more time.
Q: Can I see some of your plans?
A: Absolutely, contact us directly and we'll be happy to meet with you and go over plans we've drawn or redraw a plan you may already have.
Q: How much does it cost to build a home?
A: This is a question we get a lot...it really depends on the cost of the lot, foundation type, roof pitch, interior and exterior finishes, and in some occasions the location you're building. However, we will customize a budget to fit your needs.
Q: Do I work directly with you or with an assistant?
A: You'll work directly with me for most of the building process. I am very hands on and constantly on the job .
Q: Are you licensed and insured?
A: Yes, I am a full time licensed general contractor with the state of Georgia. We are insured and only work with insured subcontractors.
